The article says that Bobo sales have gone up 500% since the commercial. I wonder how much of that was due to DLC purchases?

It can't hurt that there were three Howloween BoBos and now Christmas BoBos too..

Duchie uses hers for a pillow, lays her chin on it ... :hearts:

and about pooped herself when it squeaked one day.

That's sweet, what a feel good article. I sent our Bobo with Mimi when she left with her mommy. Need to get a new one.

Good article!!! We have two bobo's currently....I think if we polled the DLC, it would be easier to just ask who DOESN'T have one??? And I think most of those don't bc they are too far from PetSmart, or any other store that carries them....

Nice article, thanks for posting.

Trixie doesn't care for her Bobo or any other toys.

The commercial reminds me of my Alex. Not with bobos, though.

When I went to get him, I stopped at the petco on the way home and he picked out his own collar and leash. I held the collars up and he chose one - and you may think that its just a random response on the collars but nothing random about walking over and pulling the leash that match off the shelf with no coaching, pointing it out, etc. So when that dachshie goes and picks the bobo among all the other stuff there it reminds me of my boy.

The dog in that commercial was put into rescue after the owner moved to Buffalo for work and didn't have time for him! He was actually up for adoption in MY petsmart! Had I known, we would have had a tv star in our pack- I'm sure he's a wonderful dog.

they said that there were a TON of applications for him and he was adopted pretty quickly.

That is my favorite commercial- he reminds me of Mr. Butters!

Gigi originally has 1 bobo, now she will have at least 1 more. :D Anyhoo... she likes it... even though she doesn't care about toys.

he was in the commercial because he was up for adoption or did the people put him up after he was in the commercial?

We don' t have a Bobo b/c I never was able to find one after that commercial came out & we also live too far away from PetSmart.
I' d love to see what my pups would do if we got 'em tho! They all love toys,
esp. that ones that squeak!!!!!

My two :love5: their Bobos! Nathan loves it so much he de-stuffed it! It's the only toy he's ever destroyed!

Alas, we are still Boboless here. I refuse to pay the 17.00 the local shyster wants for the Bobo in his store. Everytime I go to the big city they are sold out. One of these days......one of these days.

he was in the commercial because he was up for adoption or did the people put him up after he was in the commercial?

He was up for adoption after the commerical, when the owner moved to Buffalo and couldn't keep him. :sosad:
