The "pet squall" from Land's End. I got one for Miss Mena and it fits well, keeps her cozy and fits over a hug-a-dog harness! Also affordable.

Muah! It's actually warm out, so I'll post pics during the next snow. BTW, she's 11 pounds and the size small fits perfectly.
