It is still beyond me to understand how this could happen but at least the pets are going to be rehomed and not destroyed. Personally I think the kids need to be rehomed too but....

I saw this on the news the other night again but at that time they didn't know what was going to happen to the puppy. The puppy was so cute and small and scared. Poor little thing was shaking. I'm so happy he'll have a chance in a good home who'll care for him properly.

That story still doesn't make any sense.....how did a puppy that small reach up to a baby carrier???? Very Bizarre.

The mom is now saying the ferret did it.

Hard to believe that a pet could gnaw off the baby's toes without anyone hearing her make a sound? Something doesn't sound right to me about this. :conf4:

:ditto:

Unless the parents were passed out or flying high. I hope they PD and CPS agencies do a very extensive investigation into this family.

Yeah, this is sick. That little teeny puppy- there's no way he chewed off toes and if he did, it wasn't malicious- more like he was either underfed, or didn't have chew toys. :sosad:

Nice freakin' parents.

I just can't help but wonder what the toes tasted like to the critters:scratch: Must've been good to not stop at one. I will never be able to hear someone say "so cute I could just eat you up" to a baby again without wondering:scratch:

Hopefully this baby girl will never be able to go back to her parents, and thank goodness the animals are going to new homes. I blame the parents for the whole incident.

I blame the baby for being so tasty.
