I was rifling through the closet and found the only outfit I'd ever bought for my pups. Doesn't really fit anyone but Grrrrt, and she wouldn't move with it on!

I bought it YEARS ago at Petsmart. Never been worn more than 10 minutes and was collecting dust in the closet. It's a medium so it really just isn't dachshund friendly.

So cute. The duckies are "in" again.

My 36 year old daughter just redid her bath room in them.

She never looks pleased about much of anything. That's why her name got changed from Gertrude to Grrrrrrt. Cranky little thing.

How how could you call anyone sooooo cute cranky? I had always wondered about the name however.

Yeah, Grrrrt (the 'r's vary depending on her level of crankiness) gets riled up at the drop of a hat. If she's under the blanket, and someone touches her, she FLIPS out snarling and biting. Her teeth aren't that efficient, so sometimes I'll do it just to pester her. If I decide to move from our chair, she's all "rrrrrrrrr". If one of the other dogs move, she's all "rrrrrrrr" If a cat saunters into view, she's all "rrrrrrr". When the timer on the microwave or oven dings, she's all "rrrrrrr". There's really nothing she doen't "rrrrrr" about, hence Gert morphing into Grrrrrrt.
