Sometime ago they had a story of puppies dumped in a garbage can on AP. :sosad:

That just angers me to the enth degree! There is a sweet, little guy in my neighborhood - named "Frodo". Someone found him as puppy in the trash dumpster behind a restaurant in my city. This person heard whining, discovered him & took him to the SPCA.

A wonderful family adopted him - I see him & his Momma out for their morning walk when I am on my way to work! He looks so adorable in his little purple jacket!

OMG I just saw the pics. :faint: Those poor puppies. :sosad: I am so thankful they were rescued and hopefully will find loving homes.
