Really, how do you long-haired owners get rid of the snowballs?? Trixie really likes the snow and she will whine at the door to be let out!

Never living in snow I haven't a clue. The hair dryer sounds like a good suggestion. :rotfl:

Mitzi comes in looking like that! The answer is by got getting them. I try to put a coat on Mitzi (which she hates) to avoid this problem.

Haha! Mine little Lindon comes in looking just like that. I swear he's about 2 pounds heavier when I pick him up with all that snow.:rotfl: I find it's best when I "tug" off as many snowballs as I can, and Lindon picks out the rest with his teefies.

I stick mine in the tub and rinse them off with luke warm water. I've found it's the fastest and least painful method.

Well if she's anything like Willie about a hair dryer, I suggest a nice warm heater vent instead. Isn't it weird that they like the snow so much????:duh: Little wienweirdos!!!!:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I think a coat or some warm water. I'm impressed they like the snow so much. Tasha does for about 2 min then she can't stand having cold wet feetsies.

I had a cocker that loved it she looked like yours, only she'd get bigger balls on her. she'd get snow between the pads of her feet that would turn to ice. I had a shower hose that I used - just as Katja said- in the tub with warm water.

The hose I used was a white flexible hand held shower (less than 10.00) that I found in the plumbing section at Wally World. When I was finished I'd just remove it from the spigot and hang it over the shower rod till next time.
