Something I see so much...a friend of mine sees this happen pretty much every day on her road...she lives in the middle of no where and sees people toss animals out all the time. We rescued a cat that broke its hip and jaw..and yes it survived. People often think it is a good place to dump animals with all the barns and farms near by...peopele are crazy.

I really hope they do something to that person for dumping that poor dog.
