For Nicky. (updated w/ pic)

My friend at work got her Great Dane, Nicky, around the same time I got Bailey. Nicky was 11 months old. Just the other day, my friend left, went to the store for, oh...20 minutes, came home... Nicky was dead on the floor.
Her vet thinks it may have been kidney failure. From bad food. :mad3:
Nicky was a sweet, boistrous boy. At least he had a wonderful hoomom and dad during his short life. He will be missed.

She had a photographer do some pics for her earlier this year.. :(

How terribly tragic! I would be devastated, as I'm sure they are. I wonder what the true count of lost pets might be, as a result of tainted dog food. So sad. :hug99: Nicky goes to a place of pure love, if that's any consolation.
