Argh, Nov 2006???

Was just about to open a new bag of Solid Gold I bought on Friday when I looked at the expiration date. November 19th of 2006?? WTF? Shouldn't they check what they put out on the shelves? I usually shop at a different store, but noticed this doggy daycare had a sign for Solid Gold and it was nearby the house.

I have no food for the crew now. Will have to go to rip off Petco and buy the same bag for $4 more.

I totally identify with the difficulty of finding a decent store with what you want. Why does feeding our dogs good food have to be so hard?

Can you "pretend" that you bought the bag of food at Petco and have them replace it? I'm sure they'll send it back to the distributer and get reimbursed anyway.......:evilgrin:
