I'm not a lawyer but I think in this case, Geoff was an accessory to this criminal act of hiding a Doxie in clear view, without any shame under a large pillow. I think its in the code book.

Geoff had the poker face in the first two pictures and than the oh no were busted look in the last photo. :)
