I just don't understand..WHY oh WHY would they open up a shelter if they don't CARE about animals???? They weren't forced to open up a shelter?

sorry to be gross, but those people are scum. And to add salt to the wound, the woman STOLE a dog? Why, the 20+ dogs she was abusing were not enough?! :mad:
