Thankfully, he doesn't. He only does it when the car is going really slow or stopped :D

Sam wishes Mom and Grandma would let him do that, but he is too short for the back seat and if he seats on Grandma's lap, he can peek out for a bit, but she gets nervous since one of our dogs jumped from the car while it was doing 35 MPH. The dog was fine, but I was almost hit by cars as I was trying to catch her. I think she was afraid of being in trouble. Buddy is such a happy guy. Good pictures.:hearts:
