Hello Again

I'm not really sure if anyone cares or not, but I just wanted to say "hi" and keep ya updated on us. After long thought and deliberation we decided to get a basset hound puppy. Of course, we tried adoption, but since it didn't work out we thought that this was a better decision for our family since we have a toddler. I know she's not a dachshund, but she is still a "long dog." Thanks again to everyone for being so kind while I was going through the process with Alec Baldwin. Andrea, I've been keeping up with him on here (creeping) and SO glad he is still doing well. Has he become permanent yet? Thanks again.

Yep, Al is doing well and isn't permanent yet. When I get a spare $$$ for the fee, he will be.
And Dolly happens to be a basset mix, so we're not EXCLUSIVELY dachshund. Hope you got her from a reputable breeder:crossfin:
(and now I'm compelled to look at petfinder for them)
