I'm at a loss...

My heart is so grief-stricken right now. I woke up to find that Martini passed away in her sleep. Her eyes are closed, and it appears that she died peacefully, but my heart is certainly not at peace. I am so extremely sad right now. I just can't put it into words.

Please just light a candle.

This just breaks my heart. All I could think was at least she had gotten to know true and unconditional love from you, and maybe that and know how well loved and looked after her last set of kids are and will be just let her go in peace.

I am so so sorry to hear this. This sucks big time. I have read that abused dogs know that they have acheived freedom and love and their medical problems just take over. It is like they were waiting to feel love before they die. Thank you for giving her a lifetime in her final day.
