My baby pups are being soooo whiney today. They are normally little :angel7: :angel7: But today they do not wanna be in the crates. They are always in there when I get on DLC everyday. I have them on a schedule. My sweetie had to work overnight & is sleeping now. I am telling them Shhh! & No-No go night-night but not working today!
Don' t know what to do if I just ignore them it' s louder & more!

Can you take them outside for some fresh air and exercise? That will wear them out hopefully.
I agree with Yolanda - a tired pup is a quiet pup
I would suggest, taking them out and going for a nice walk with them. It will tire them out and then they will settle and give you some time as well (for the DLC of course).
Geeeez, beat by Yolanda AND Jill today....well at least you know we all feel the same, out and about makes a tired puppy.
Excellent advice ITA. :appl: :appl:

I tried once, thought maybe had to go potty. I think they are finally just plain tired of crying now! I was just getting aggravated that they get trying my patience! It seems like they are trying to fight the nap time like lil' toddlers!Wheeew! I think they are asleep:boogie: finally!!!

Thanks everybody! I' ll hitch 'em on the leash next time they get fussy.
Yes, a good bit of exercise sounds like something to try next time.
Tasha hasn't been to the park in 10 days, and even though we still do 60-90 min of walkies a day, she needs that extra long one once a week.

Welcome to my world right now. Butch is working nights now and in the same room sleeping during day with the puppies. I told him to go sleep on the couch where he tends to fall alseep at all the time but he didn't.
They just want their mommy!

They do fine in the crate mostly. They go in about 6pm & sleep all night 'til 5:30am. They just don' t like the nap anymore. Guess they think they don' t "need" it anymore!
