Poor Dolly! We need rain, too. This month either people are getting way too much, or none :(

We rarely get rain, so I keep praying for some. I'll pray for some for you too, Andrea. Looks like Dolly could use some :hearts: :hearts:

Maybe I could send some water your way. The park is still completely under water and the reservoir is up to the top. I"m praying we don't have any rain for a while.

When I got home, I was shocked at how bad the lawn looked. Not just mine, tho, everyone's. We really need rain down here. So...now that I am here, there is rain on the horizon. Here I thought I was going to have to get my rattle out and go do a dance in the driveway.

There was a 125 acre wildfire/brush fire right across from where we were Sunday. The HS is on that side of the road, and as soon as we saw the huge smoke fume, we left and drove over to see if it was there - because if it was, we would have offered to help out, and to take some of the small dogs. I have a few crates around here. Fortunately, it was not that close.

I just hope the rain storm that is on the way does not bring lightening to start more.

Would more then gladly give some of the rain we have been getting to anyone who wanted it. I am beyond sick of it. I think we had 1 1/2 non rainy days in the past week and a half and as it makes me ache and hurt worse I am ready for it to go away.
The boys wish it would too as if they choose to go out they know their feelt and bellies will get washed as we have red clay/mud and its NOT coming in the ouse if I can prevent it LOL.

What we need is a nice gentle tropical storm like we had last year. Lake O was so dry it caught on fire, and I could see this happening again. We are on high alert for fires. There is a lot of rumbling going on outside, but I don't see any drops falling.
