My dad paid to have Otto cremated and his ashes returned to me (which was very nice of him) and I received this urn earlier today. I assumed I would get his ashes back in a plastic bag or something similar, so imagine my surprise and joy to receive this beautiful container. Thank you so much Dad.

This is a shelf in a bookcase in my bedroom. My friend Bob made the wooden plaque for me back in 2001 as a Christmas gift. I took the picture of Otto the morning he passed away. In front is his ashes and his collar. Lots of great memories of that little guy.

Very nice, and nice of your dad to understand and do it for you. Otto was so beautiful - the angels must be so pleased to have him to play with.

Great tribute...Nice of your dad to do this for you.
He acts all gruff and crusty on the outside, but my siblings and I know he has the softest heart on the inside. I printed out the picture of Otto, framed it and gave it to him at the airport yesterday ... and he got teary eyed when he hugged me. Too sweet.
What a special thing for him to do...and what a lovely tribute to your Otto :)
