Rena sent me an e-mail this morning saying she was going to help Lucy to the bridge this afternoon.

She's been getting daily IV fluids for months now, but her kidneys are still failing. She has had other things go wrong due to the kidney failure, and Rena and the vet feel it is time.

Rena is the one that drove me to the e-vet when it was time to say goodbye to Radley. Its killing me that I'm not there to do the same for her, or at least be there for her.

Please send some :bigrayz::bigrayz: her way.

Isn't that the truth. She loves her dogs like nobody I've ever seen; my heart hurts for her. She did everything in her power to improve Lucy's health, I know, and now she must give her the biggest, most difficult gift of love. :bigrayz::bigrayz::hug99::hug99::hug99::sosad:
