Snow day!!

Well, it came!! They were finally right! We got at least 16inches of snow! School was canceled and I got the day off. :cheer3: And I was nice and let Pippit sleep in(I was waiting for them to shovel the front steps so he could pee there) :evilgrin:

We got another 5-6 inches after I shoveled out.

And here's Pippit.....NOT enjoying the snow~at all. He's actually crying here.

I dropped Pippit off....and he stayed under the blankets while I went out snowshoeing.....it was hard~trudging through knee deep(and often deeper)snow. But it was beautiful~and quite a workout!!

I Cosco has da snowz too and I hatez dem. Momma wuz runnin around like a crazy person bein all happi and playin in it but I dont likez it. I wants it to go away so I can walk widdout slippin! Is degradin for hansum dog like me to haz to slide ebberywheres when I walk! We had 5 inches of da nasty stuff but lukily it is almost gone now. Gud riddens!

Doesn't it just feel SO good when you get an unexpected day off from work? I used to LOVE that. You got the kind of snowstorm that we got, the day after Christmas! Poor little pupper....i'd be crying too! Snowshoeing!?!? I don't even like to go out & clear off the front steps!! LOL! I'm more the "curl up with coffee & a good book & watch it snow from INSIDE!:duh::duh:

hopin hopin for da white stuff here! We got ICE last weekend and that was GROSSSSSSSSSSSSSS. Our front porch is either 5 steps or a 10" ramp to manage covered with ice:shocked:I very clearly remembered my last foray onto an iced ramp and crept towards the stairs!!
