Oh What fun in the snow-or how I spent my Satuday.

Today was a great day cold but great I helped transport 53 dogs from a rural Shelter in SC. The first part of the transport ended up in my side driveway and others moved them on up toward NY and CT. I drove 164 miles (round trip) with a load. It took four vans to move the dogs and we had 5 litters of mothers and puppies.

Yes, there was one doxie in the group, but she stayed here in VA with me.

So even if you can not foster you can always volunteer to help with transports. We had volunteers meeting at my house helping to walk and move the dogs.

Yes, my neighbors are great and think I am a little (or a lot) on the nutty side.

Awesome! DH and I could help with transport... we do a lot of traveling between our home in WV and down to SC to visit our kids and beach bungalow.

We'd be happy to help transport - we have a truck with topper and a van.

Is there a place we can list our information that we travel that route a lot and could possibly help with transport if needed?
