Manatee is the country that is just next to ours. I would have been in serious trouble under this new regulations. Not that mine bark all the time but they are dachshunds afterall!

Wow, that's a tough law! :shocked: Ten minutes in two hours is not much. Mine don't bark a lot, but they have probably barked that much on a lot of occasions. As you said, they are dachshunds!

Wow, that's strict! Tasha never barks more than a minute at a time, as we make her stop, and we hope she doesn't bark when we're not home...

Dogs bark, its a natural behavior, and in excess it can be annoying, but the law still seems a bit too strict!

My neighbor with the Dalmatian will be in SERIOUS TROUBLE if Pinellas County decides to do something similar. The girls bark, but they are inside and it is nothing compared to the neighbor dog!!
