I think its hilarious this time of year.... you see all kinds of people pulled over with their kids sitting in the bluebonnets. You don't see that with any other flower...just this one. And truth be told, up close, they aren't that pretty! The fields of them are gorgeous from a distance though.

...raises hand....I am one of those people who pulled over and took a pic of my kids in a field of them! We went to San Antonio for Easter last year and I couldn't get over the WAVES of those things! Absolutely gorgeous!

I want them to hurry up and get here, so we can take Tex. He's never had a blue bonnet photo shoot. Hopefully his brother and sister will show him the ropes. They're experts. I'll have to find the ones from 2 years ago and post them. They turned out sooo cute!
