I've read that dogs will lift their paw when they are confused or uncertain, but I have no idea if that's what's going on. Whatever it is, it's adorable Gigi-ness. :D

Sweet Gi! Tasha does the paw lift whenever she's curious about something, mostly outside. And yes, it does make her look a bit like a pointer!
