Sassy Baby' s new habit....

[Laurie' s Dachshunds]

is chewing on the rim of her dish. It' s a plastic crock & she' s got a few teeth impressions in her dish & Lil' Smokey' s dish! I have to take the dish away now after they eat to stop her! I just gave her a Kong so she will be happy with it!
I' m thinking about getting a stand that you put the dishes in, maybe that will help. I' ve seen 'em made of wrought iron & look nice!

Laurie some Walmarts have some pretty wrought iron stands with ceramic bowls iin them. I got Gunner a cute one for 10 dollars at Ross.

We use a metal dish for Tasha--no chewing worries. Plus once its empty, we take it up off the floor. Her water dish is metal too.

Everything here is stainless! One - no more chewies Two- stainless better at leaning with bacterias and all. Can't tell you how many bowls I lost that way!!
