Trixie who is my "I would just as soon bite you as look at you" girl had her yearly today. She did well and did not try to bite the tech. That is until he was cleaning her anal glands. Needless to say that goodness she was muzzled.

Now 11 years old she is healthy and doing well. Especially since she weight is down to 22.9 pounds of pure meanness.

Smooch! glad things went well with her annual. AND you know your baby well enough to make sure she is muzzled and everyone is safe.

She's very cute for a mean girl. I don't blame them for getting upset when the anal glands are expressed... that just seems wrong :sosad:.

Good news! That lovely frosty-face sweetheart can't be all mean. See, she's getting along swell with that, um, pelican. <wink> Is Trixie just as mean to you, too?

OH yes, she bit me the other day because I told her no with my hand too close to her fact. I know better.

Gosh. Trixie is indeed a curmudgeon! Grumppppy. Part dog, part scorpion? Trix, it's bad form to nip your fairy godmother, the one who loves you the most in the whole wide world.

Glad that both the anal & annual went well. Poor dogs have such challenges. The annal glands are a real pain in the #%¥.

So she and James are long lost siblings, eh? :rolleyes: He's still pretty free with his mouth when I do something he doesn't approve of (like touch his sore shoulder :conf4: ), but at least he's learned not to actually connect :love98:. SO glad her annual went well :hug99:.
