My dear friend's Dachshund is lost or was stolen after accidentally getting
out of the house in Muscle Shoals/Florence, AL. We need your help in spreading
the word to all shelters, rescues and individuals you might know. Little
Suzie may have been stolen or may have just wandered off, but she now has been
missing for 2 weeks. She accidentally got outside and was out approximately an
hour before the search for her began. Please help us find Suzie. Suzie is an
inside dog that only goes out to potty, so she is most likely terrified.
Suzie's owners are moving to Nashville, so time is of the essence. This little
girl is loved so very much and her family is heartbroken. Please see attached
picture and crosspost this to everyone you know. We are so desperate to find
her and have done everything we can think of to alert the public, shelters,
police, vets, pet stores, grocery stores and even contacted the media (they
would not help).

Have them offer a reward.
Don't advertise how much it is.
Sometimes that makes people's ears perk up and they try to be more active on finding the dog and folks want to be a "hero". Also, if God forbid someone has snagged her to sell off for research, they are more motivated to return her if they think its more than the money they would get selling her off. (or whatever they would get selling a purebred dachs if she is on the pet market)

Also, state that "no questions asked" upon return so that if a person has indeed dognapped her, they will feel safe of just coming forward.

Here's a pic to distribute so the little boy isn't in it for his safety
