View Full Version : B&R with thier new dream sacks from G'Ma - pic heavy
I posted below that they don't quite get the hang of it, and they might be a tad bit on the small side. G'Ma said that if they are too small then she would rework them.
Here are a few pics:

Soooo cute!!!! :hearts: :hearts: :hearts:
They know what to do, I just think they are a tad bit too snug, if they get fixed I am sure they will be all suggled up inside of them
I do think they're a bit too small for the boys. You can check out Tasha's for comparison:

ITA I think they're a bit small. If they were a little bigger the boys would probably be snuggled up inside in no time!

Your dogs are so so so so pretty!
The sacks are pretty too. I do agree with the thought they might be a little snug for them. Owen uses one I made every night but it's bigger..prob. a little too big. it's about 22" by 22".
Thanks everyone. I have one of those ergonomic foam pillows and the dogs just love them, so I went and bought them a cheap version of the pillow, for the bottom of the sack. I think they need to be a bit wider and a bit more fabric on the top so the opening is bigger. Make sense?

I agree I do think they need foam or something in the bag, what size did your mom make?? I'm thinking of making Petunia and Gunner a sack--I love the fleece she put in them, looks like the expensive version. Walmart sells pieces of foam also. I may have to wait until later this year cause to make them cause I don't know if they sell that kind of fleece all year here.
I took some measurments of the bag....
they are:
22" L
16" W at the base
19" W at the opening.
Here are a few more pics of just the sacks - The blue bag - she just used left over materials she had from her quilts, she quilts a lot. The green one she went and bought the fabric. I am not sure where she got the fleecy stuff. The fleecy material is difference in each bag. On the back, she left an opening so I can get the foam out to wash the sack.

they look great (I love the colors) and your boys are so handsome! They seem to like them as pillows even if they don't get inside yet.
Your mom did an awesome job on them! I think she could easily start an online business with that talent.
And she already has two gorgeous spokesdoggies!
