But in light of the recent hoarding posts....

The only thing I didn't like was the advice for friends and family members to "build trust" with the hoarder even if they had to temporarily put their ideas of what is proper care away temporarily to be a non threatening person. I would not be able to control myself, I would have to blow the whistle right then and there or would get arrested.
