Our bookends (hubby's bookends) are Australian Cattle Dogs (Blue Heelers/Queensland Heelers). I have to admit, they are probably one the smartest breeds, if the not the smartest, I have ever come in contact with. Definitely one person dogs, hence the reason they stare at their daddy.

I keep telling my mother that her granddog (Tabytha) is stunning and she's been laughing at me for 8+ years now. ;)
