Lily has this thing where she takes all the dog bowl which happen to ceramic and takes them into other rooms and then proceeds to chew on them. I have to hunt them up every time its feeding time. IT's drives me insane. Whats up with this?

Are you saying that she carries a ceramic bowl? WOW.
Oscar did this for a long time then we got heavier bowls. Now he can just push them a little bit to make some noise.

Sounds like she's making you Work for her supper. Maybe she's just being precosious!!!
Sounds like she is testing you or is bored. To break this habit before it goes to far, how about simply pick up the bowls as soon as the dogs are done eating? Eventually you might be able to return to your present feeding routine.

Wow! She can lift a ceramic bowl!? That deserves a "you go girl!" I agree with Patt. Take the bowls up when they aren't eating.

No help here as we feed raw so no food bowls! Gave them away! My guys used to do that - drove me nuts also!

Julie & Jax have ceramic bowls and the most they've ever moved them is about 4-5". I have to watch them eat bc Julie will go finish Jax's when he's not looking (she's a gobbler, he's a nibbler). Can't imagine either one of them carrying the bowls in their mouths. WOW. I would just pick them up if you can when everybody's done...
