Pippit at the beach

Here they are!!! We went to Coast Guard Beach(part of the National Seashore)only once. Pippit didn't like it so much~so many surfers and HUGE waves this year. Plus there was only one lonely seal sighting where last year, we saw tons. So, we went to the "dog beach" nightly after dinner. The tide was out and you could walk straight out for miles! Amazing sunsets too~those will come later.

K2, those are great shots!! I'm glad you guys had such a good time!! I love the last picture, you should frame that one, in a simple wooden frame. (At least that's what I would do!) Betcha had fun getting all that sand off him after he rolled!! :rotfl:

That is a horseshoe crab...what I want to know is what or who does that Spine belong to! That was huge!

Laura~yup...horseshoe crab(there were tons of them) as for what that spine was.....I don't know...maybe a sea bass or something????
