Here are some pics of Heidi's Gotcha/Rebirthday festivites!! I made her a carrot cake. (Yes, I did try it, as it was all natural/people ingredients. Not too shabby!! I might make it again, minus the cream cheese frosing BLECH)

I thought for a moment there that Heidi would help Buddy finish his piece of cake since hers was almost gone.

If it was my 2 eating that cake......they would have licked the frosting for about 2 seconds and then gobbled up the cake!

I guess Heidi and Buddy are more civilized! :lol:

Care to share the recipe with us?

Being that I've been gone forever, I'm just now seeing this...here's the Recipe:

1 cup flour
1tsp baking soda
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup shredded carrots
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup honey
1 egg
Mix flour and baking soda. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into
greased 8" round cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Let cool. Puree cream cheese in blender for icing. Decorate with
more peanut butter and carrots.
