While I was watching T.V. in another room, my lovable doxies ate a half bowl of cream spinach. I do not know which one exactly, bc they all look guilty at this point. But I am sure I will know soon enough, when they start pooping green. Ok, my fault I own dachshunds, which means no food on counters!!!!:duh:

Wow, did they pile on each other to reach the counter? I agree, you'll find out soon enough who the guilty parties are....:rotfl: :rotfl:

It's good that this is a message board so you can't see us laughing...

I sure hope they enjoyed it :D

If there's a will (food,) there's a way.

My puppers are really good about not climbing and they're so picky, they probably wouldn't bother to waste their precious energy climbing for spinach! I used to puppy sit a dachsie who would manage to get onto tables and counters all the time. I swear she could climb like a squirrel. She was even more of a challenge than my Rigby to watch!:rotfl:

DOH!! Lots of tummy (and anti-gas) :rayz: :rayz: :rayz: headed your way!!!

Our Ben did that ONCE...got up on the counter and got stickey buns off, took them into the room where my aunt was staying and ate them OFF her opened suit case!! We never left a chair out again.

This is exactly why the only chairs we have near counters/tables are too high for the weens to jump into!!!!! Yes, we based our furniture choices around our dogs.....doesn't everybody???

Ewwww, I don't think that is going to be pleasant at all coming out! I am sure they enjoyed themselves more that you will cleaning it up :yuck:

We just purchased counter top height chairs and tables. Cricket likes to jump up on dinner chairs and grab a snack or two (just started this annoying habit this past year). We are usually good about keeping the chairs pushed in, but with higher chairs, maybe we won't have to be so vigilant (okay, I know I'm deluding myself here).

Hope all comes out well!
