The surgeron who assisted in Xena's surgery took some photos last evening -we think Xena is looking amazing! She has peed & gone potty - even stood for a minute on her back legs!!! :appl: That's my girl!!!

Today, they plan to reduce her morphine intake, (slowly wean her off) , remove her IV, do her assessment & if all goes well move her from ICU to a ward.

Poor little whiffet - she just doesn't understand why Mama can't cuddle her!

She does look wonderful! :bigrayz: :bigrayz: :bigrayz: for continued healing and progress. It's so wonderful she STOOD UP and went potty already! What a girl!

Zena is adorable, and looks like she is doing pretty good. She even has a pink Bobo to keep her company. :hearts:

True to her name, my little warrior is being discharged today!! :banana: :banana: :banana: She is walking & able to potty all on her own!
To say that we are ecstatic is an understatement! This is Thanksgiving weekend here in Canada - we have so much to be thankful for!
And a heartfelt thank you goes out to everyone here for wonderful wishes & get well rayz.

Xena came home yesterday!!! And as you can see from her pic, she is doing amazing! She is walking beautifully, a little wobbly, but walking just the same.
She had a wonderful night's sleep, still quite sleepy - but sleepy is good. Her little body needs all the rest it can get to heal and get strong.
