Well, I took Courtney's advice and got Fattypants a treat ball. Man, did he run around the house with that thing. it was the perfect exercise machine for a FAT, food oriented dog.

Oh, and he's going to the vet tomorrow for a check up on his breathing/fatness.

"What does this thing do? OH MY GOD- THERE'S FOOD IN IT!!!!"

He knew what to do right away- he is a problem solver.

Pushing it around:

Love seeing our favorite Weinerhausens!!!

Mr. B bitter than Little Miss Diva isn't he? I thought they were more the same size. Love her pink collar and his blue! :hearts:

Wonderful pictures. Those Wienerhausen's are the cutest twins....I'm thinking you're just missing one little Piebald - just to break up the colors ;)

Aww, smart Butters! I have one of those too but Tasha makes sooo much noise with it I'm afraid the downstairs neighbor will come charging up to complain. :(

Yeah, Mr. Butters has about five pounds on her, but he's taller, more broad chested, and longer! He's a big manly man and she's a little peanut (a durable, portable tweenie peanut!)

As to the Piebald remark, Paul came home and asked me more information about Dewey. I'm being patient to see where it's going.

We're not supposed to have more than two dogs in my neighborhood (which is so frustrating because we OWN the house- it's not like we're renting!)

Gigi had one of those toy. Isn't that neat? The best thing is it's easy to clean!

Love all of your pictures. You take such nice shots of your kids.

As for having more than two dogs. Do what I did and get a kennel permit if you can. This way, I can have fosters coming and going.

Your furkids are the best. :hearts: :hearts: That is a neat toy and looks like it would make them work awhile to get the food out.

Adorable pix!

I should get Molly one of those toys. She hasn't played with any of the squeeky toys or chew toys I've gotten her, so maybe that will interest her a bit

AHHHH, I love the treat ball!!, I have to get one of those, Heidi loves chasing the balls, she especially loves Golf Balls, and her little rubber ball, but hey if there is a treat inside she might not bring the ball back to me :rotfl: :rotfl:

Mr Butters is so cute pudgy, maybe the ball will help him shed a few pounds

Those are GREAT pics! I love the first caption. We have one of those too and Po likes it though he figured it out pretty quickly too. I hope it helps him in his weight loss!!

WHat a fab idea! I'll have to invest in a couple for my fatty pants - Oscar & Jadaa. Just have to figure out a way to keep the Ethiopian Love Child from burning up any more calories! Especially as he is my A#1 ball chaser! Does it roll ok on carpet? ANd either a name for it or a link to where you got it??!

I got it at Linen's and Things on clearance. I'm not sure what it was called and I threw the package out already!

It bounces nice on the carpet and linoleum. The only problem is if he gets the treats out and leaves it somewhere, there is nothing making him help you find it!

I'm lucky that my skinny one didn't want to play with it as much- she actually sat back and waited until he got food out and then ate it on him! So Rigby...
