Tasha the crab chaser - Outer Banks trip video

I know, it took me forever to get around to posting this, more to come soon I hope. Here is footage of Tasha chasing a tiny crab around on the beach.

I'm not sure why the video doesn't fill the full frame, maybe I need to export it from iMovie differently. If anyone knows the best setting (I used Quicktime for streaming web video), please let me know!

Awwww. You stole my vacation! I went to the Outer Banks this September and was chased out by stoopid hurricane Ophelia. 2 years prior to that, I was chased out by stoopid hurricane Isabel, the same flippin weekend! I'm about ready to give up on Outer Banks vacations.

We made sure to plan our Outer Banks trip for November, so that the hurricane season would be over....though this one was so active, we were still worried!

I just loved watching Tasha jump around after the crab, she is so quiet,, if that were Heidi she would be barking her little head off like a ninny :rotfl: :rotfl:

I loved the sounds of the ocean in the background, what a nice trip away from the hustle and bustle of the big city!!!

We never actually used the stroller. All of the hiking areas were on sand, which would have been difficult, and she was so gung ho, DH took her off lead the first day for fear of her doing more damage being snapped back at the end of the lead. Sooo, I wasn't thrilled but she was fine, took it easy at first and did some full fledged running at the end. I have great video of her going nuts on some dunes (a park, so it was ok to be on the dunes), really zooming! I'll try to get it posted soon!
