Peaches had another flyball tournament this past weekend, and she absolutely amazed me once again. This is her 4th tournament, and to recap here are her points from past tournaments:
July: 35 pts
September: 55 pts
October: 245 points – holy smokes!
Ok…This past weekend: Over 450 points!!!! (I am still waiting for the official total!) Needless to say we are absolutely bursting with pride. Which means she did get her third title - Flyball Dog Champion (FDCh).
However, the most exciting thing that happened this weekend was that The Flying Sausage broke the 7 second barrier! Basically she has never run under 7 seconds before, but she did 1 time this weekend! Not a huge deal to some considering some of the border collies consistently run like a 3.8…However, I think sub-7 is basically the equivalent of breaking the sound barrier for a mini dachshund!!! LOL It was enough to make me jump up and down screaming with delight!
We are all absolutely exhausted (13 hours of racing on Sat. and 9 hours of racing on Sun.), so I am off to bed! Here are just a few pics (most didn’t turn out at all.)

Piper Man on Sat. after 13 hours of races. He didn’t race, but cheering on his big sis is hard work!
