He was alone(while I worked out and then worked at the gym)for almost 4 hours yesterday. He was soooo quiet when I got home and there were no scratches on the door. The tape recorder showed that he was quiet, too.:appl:  And I got a new doorbell yesterday(one of the ones you plug in)and it's a different sound. Pippit didn't even bark at it!!

I'll wait until after today to celebrate. I was on vacation last week(but still doing things so I left him every day) Today is the first WORKDAY where he's by himself for 8 hours. So, we'll see how he does. (keep your fingers crossed) I'll let everyone know what I come home to.

Karen, You may have some breakthrough whining or barking, but since they cannot tell time, I think Mr. Pippit will be fine. Just remember to make no big deal of coming or going...you've been doing great with that...BUT, I would make a point of really ignoring him for about 10 minutes upon your return home. That and when you leave. Try to do everything the same every day and he should be fine.

I still think it time to :bubbly:
