So the strap is more comfortable now? The issue I had with her last carrier was the strap killed my back and shoulder, even though she's only 10-11lbs.
I don't use or advocate those types of things. Simply teach the dog a word that means stop barking. :)
How does everyone else keep their Doxie's weight? I keep Nola fit, muscled and healthy. Not too thin, not overweight. She's my first Doxie, and I'm determined to do everything "right" for her...
She said she liked having him be "useful". :conf4:
This Doxie was quite small, just a bit bigger than my Nola who's 11lbs soaking wet. The pack sat mid back, and he was carrying a full water bottle, a stainless steal bowl, poop bags, his owner's...
Just a few of Nola's commands and tricks :D

What a cutie!
Does anyone have one? How do you like it? Pros/cons?
April from DD and I have worked on another review (of the Hug-a-Dog harness) and she's offered me a Take-a-Long bag to test out and review....
:cheer3: Just ordered a Hug-a-Dog for Nola in black mesh with purple trim. She has a Hold-a-Dog in black mesh with raspberry pink trim, so I can't wait to get it!
The other day while on a walk with Nola, I saw a Dachshund wearing a backpack. I thought this would be terribly stressful on their backs! What are y'alls thoughts?
Kinda close. :) It's Mexico Beach on the west side.

Thanks! It's an off leash beach, even though there's usually only 1-5 other dogs there. I leave the leash on her so I can grab it quickly if need be; I pick it up when we pass other people in case...
I took Nola to the beach yesterday, and she had a blast!:love98:

The original Puppia and Ruffwear's Webmaster are my top favorites for Nola, closely followed by her Hold-a-Dog harness and her harness from http://www.arjasart.com/.
I was offered a ComfortFlex...
That's so cute!
