Default So close, and yet so far

I got up off the couch to go to the bathroom just now and Sanford came with me. I was sitting there and heard a little tinkling noise. Sanford lifted his leg and peed ON the toilet while I was sitting on it!!!

It really was so funny I could not even get mad. I noticed when I was cleaning it up that there was dried pee around the toilet too. Better there than on the furniture I think!

Do you think he wants to be TOILET trained!?

Evidently he is toilet trained. Well at least he's going in the right room.
They may be small, but you should see their hearts. Shelter/Rescue dogs aren't broken. They've simply experienced more life than other dogs. If they were human we would call them wise. They would be the ones with tales to tell and stories to write. The ones dealt a bad hand who responded with courage. Do not pity a shelter/rescue dog. Adopt one. And be proud to have their greatness on your side. Anon

If you can get him to do that, he'd be a lot better trained than a lot of men I know.

Oh, wait, all my dogs are a lot better trained than a lot of men I know!
