Default Yikes - the flood dam broke

DRNA needs lots of for a lot of new foster. A breeder of wires in the IN/OH area has a medical problem and is giving up 21 dogs. We got got 8 of them yesterday and took them straight to the vets. They dogs were staying out side in the heat with no shade to speak of. They are very young and very matted and full of fleas. We are picking out more this weekend. Pictures later.

Wow! That's a wirehaired windfall. Is it wrong that I'm glad the breeder had health problems and is suffering as the dachshunds she's or he's neglected have suffered? Leaving dogs out in the heat indicates a MENTAL problem!

I want to smack the breeder...hard and with a big stick. Anyway, I love the wires! As does my sister-in-law so I sent this information to her. I'm hoping she may be able to sway my brother (stubborn, p.i.t.a) into a second doxie. Lots of and   for these babies! Does anyone know how to hyptnotize (I totally misspelled that) people? Perhaps we could hypnotize (jeez, I can't spell that word) David and my brother into adopting more pups.

O wow...my dream was to get a black and tan wire so I could have all three versions....instead I got the bug dog...
I know I could handle one more...but Rob will never go for it.
I hope they all find wonderful homes.
