    Default How wierd is this!?!

I had Alex in for a chiro appt on Friday, and there was a couple with the CUTEST little 4-month-old mini b/t long hair puppy in the waiting room. Alex, who hates all dogs, actually gave her a polite sniff before losing interest, which was in itself amazing!! However, I was telling the couple that I organize dachsie meetups, and took their e-mail addy to put them on my mailing list. I noticed that their last name was Ukrainian, so mentioned it. They said they'd just been posted here from Ottawa (he's in the navy), so of course I asked what part, since that's where I'm from. Turns out that the husband and his sister grew up about 4 blocks from where I spent my teen years (although they're probably 20 years younger than me...), went to my high school, and were members of the Ukie church where my dad goes, and KNEW him!!!!! What are the odds of that happening in a small vet clinic 1000 miles east of Ottawa??? Cool!!!!!

That song is probably the worst for that! It's just so cute you can't stand it and it keeps going round and round your brain :duh: :duh:

That truly is amazing!!!You just never know. Years ago when I was living in Pakistan, two young women missionaries knocked on my door & since I was so far from home & lonely for news from back home I invited them in for awhile. Would you believe that both of them were from Santa Cruz, CA, which is where I was born & raised!!! What are the odds???
