    OH NO!!!!

This is so upsetting I couldn't even post earlier. I am SO sorry Courtney.
I will light a for Brooklyn.
They may be small, but you should see their hearts. Shelter/Rescue dogs aren't broken. They've simply experienced more life than other dogs. If they were human we would call them wise. They would be the ones with tales to tell and stories to write. The ones dealt a bad hand who responded with courage. Do not pity a shelter/rescue dog. Adopt one. And be proud to have their greatness on your side. Anon

Oh Courtney, I am so sorry. I always loved the photos of Brooklyn & Po. I never realized what sweethearts Danes are until I read your posts. Please let Amy know how much we all cared about her big girl............

I got home this morning at 4:00AM after a long shift at work, and I wasn't accepting what I was reading, and when it finally realised what I was reading and what happened, I felt very angry.

I will and  for Brooklyn, a gentle giant and a great role model for all Danes.

    She will be missed.
