GOOSEman must have picked up on all your excitment and got a little stressed out.

Many anti-"runs" for GOOSEman, I hope he's better by the time you get to Buda.
They may be small, but you should see their hearts. Shelter/Rescue dogs aren't broken. They've simply experienced more life than other dogs. If they were human we would call them wise. They would be the ones with tales to tell and stories to write. The ones dealt a bad hand who responded with courage. Do not pity a shelter/rescue dog. Adopt one. And be proud to have their greatness on your side. Anon

I got to meet Yolanda It was very nice meeting you and I swear I know I already told you but the minute you said your name I was like dumbfounded...In my head I immediatly knew who you were but wanted to make sure and not get it wrong or assume, etc...I was like ok is this the DLC and DBB Yolanda so thats why I made sure I was right, lol.

I wish I could have met more people at Buda. This was my 1st time going and it was so much fun, I plan on staying so much longer next year, and will be volunteering alot longer. I swear I was in heaven ...

To make things even better my kiddos did so good...Sophie who I have had some issues with with younger children/mainly my nieces and nephews, was so good, she let little kids touch her, rub her, and pet her and she gave kisses to all of the little kids and adults, and was so mellow and relaxed, I was shocked...I couldn't believe how good she did, I was so proud. I can't wait for next year, lol

It was so great to meet so many of you in Buda! ChaCha and I are non-posting members of DLC...but I promise to check the site more regularly now!

    Safe travels to all!!
