Andrea, I am so, so sorry for all the heartbreaks you've had to go through recently. Here are tons of healing for Otto and many, many for you. I wish the very best outcome for Otto.

Soubds like he is doing awesome...Don't let him over do it. I would crate longer than 4 weeks--thats what Gunners neuro recommented but we did 8 weeks.. After that when we were busy he was either in an X-pen or crated. The sling will help you a lot. Once the stitches come out they will show you how to excersie his legs..
Gunner is about 95 percent himself--he still has some wobbly days and his back is arched a little. We are still doing water theraphy and I'm thinking of getting him accupuncture to see if it will help his back---bad thing is I have to travel 1 1/2 hrs to get to an accupuncturist..
Here are rays for Otto

How is The Otto Man doing this Sunday?
Barb,Owned by Rudy Brandy-Angel Toby Mary Holly
He's resting comfortably. Acting normally, demanding that I carry him when he can walk if he wants after he finishes peeing. He wants to sit in his spots in the house, but likes his crate too.
