Need rays for Sophie please..UPDATE #23

Will it ever end..... Just talked to Andrea, she had to take Sophie to the e-vet. They are there right now and she asked that I post begging for rays for Sweet Sophie.

She said that Sophie was fine this morning, went out to potty, came in and ate breakfast and they all went back to bed. Sophie snuggled down under the covers. Andrea was awoken by Trudy and Katie barking and nudging her to make her wake up. She said she felt wetness under the covers and Sophie was drooling, panting and was limp. She tried putting her in cool water in the tub, but didn't help. The vet has said that it appears she may have had a stroke. They are doing some x-rays and bloodwork, and hopefully we will have some more info soon. The one positive thing - the vet said that they normally come back fairly quickly.

So please send some more rays Mississippi way to the newest Anipal, Sophie

WHAT THE HECK???!!! I guess all of this was just too much stress on poor Sophie. I hope she makes a full recovery. Andrea, call me if you need anything.

What I need is a friggin break. And money. And a weekend where my heart isn't ripped out and stepped on and I have to hold it together in a crisis like I've been doing. What I need is a massage because it seems any and all freak out vibes I'm having are manifesting themselves right up in my neck.
Sophie had to stay up at the E-vet, her bloodwork is confusing the vet. She's got MEGA low phosphorus in her blood, kidney levels are normal, liver is normal, calcium is slightly higher than normal and she was severely dehydrated. She has no diseases that are associated with the low levels of phosphorus. She drank this morning, but was panting relentlessly when I was woken up by my two little hero dogs.
She's getting IV fluids and they're running tests on her 3 more times. Her bill thus far is 620 and will be more tomorrow.
