Andrea, forgive me if this is the wrong time to ask but after reading your first post did you mean that Sophie knew she was going to pass soon? I am just always so amazed at how very sensitive animals are. Again I am so sorry for your loss and for Janets

Sophie knew her time was near when she was having behavioral issues in Canada. She waited long enough to let her mom know that she was happy, and that she wanted to spare her the pain of finding her and blaming herself.

I am so so sorry Janet and Andrea Sophie knew she was loved by 2 wonderful moms and is now running and playing with Michele an Jethro and all the others who went before her.
