    dammit.
for Sophia. She is a bery. good. girl. and we sure hope she gets all bedder soon.

WTG watching the poos so closely, Andrea. The in/out/no absorption part will be a huge jump start on diagnosis.

Off the wall idea - will she drink Vanilla ensure for people? it is all vitamins and nutrients. If she won't drink it you might be able to syringe it in...

    poor darling.

    and for the worried Andrea...

OMG! I'm so sorry to hear this... I do believe the idea of giving her Ensure is very good, it has all the nutrients, and it's liquid, so the absorption will not depend on digestion. She's obviously not digesting her food, by what you describe. Her problem has got to be gastrointestinal.

Sending plenty of and . Barb is right, tomorrow will not come fast enough.

I'm just going to wait and see what they give her tomorrow. I don't want to stress her out any by forcing anything down her gullet. (Syringe feeding her)

Gotcha. This stuff is a very yummy paste, though, and dogs love the taste. No force-feeding required.

Yeah, but even the most nommy foods have no draw to her right now. Doesn't want the eggs, the gushy food, nothin. It just needs to be MONDAY 0730 so I can get her in to the vet.

This was last weekend, she doesn't look nearly this good right now.
