Oscar needs some skinHe's got some weird flakiness and a couple small bald spots. Noticed it Saturday and had him at the vet this a.m. Vet put him on cephalexin antibiotic and gave me a medicated shampoo (Oscar was not happy getting a bath after being to the vet - cruel and unusual punishment). Vet did some blood work to check for a potential thyroid problem.
there is nothing wrong with his thyroid and the antibiotic will clear up the skin infection. He's otherwise acting perfectly normal.
