Digger was fine all night but I guess this morning he threw up again, same deal, So I'm wondering if it's just because of an empty stomach,
I gave him some normal food, and he ate it all, so I'll wait and see how he is doing today..

Some dogs do throw up when their stomach is too empty. Try feeding him a little something right before bed and see if that helps.
